10 ACRES OF PRISTINE LAND
The 10 acres that surround the home, has all the aspects you would want - living in Pipes Canyon. Massive piles of granite boulders, ancient Junipers and Joshua trees, all kinds of exotic species of plants. The wide variety of animals that roam the land include bobcats, badgers, foxes, coyotes, deer and an occasional black bear. Birds of all kinds are present, including golden eagles, chucker partridges, hawks, falcons, quail and so many many others.
The Eastern property line is shared with the Sand to Snow National Monument.
